Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC 34)

Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC 34) is dried from a thick, semi-viscous liquid, yellow-green to straw in colour,made from milk that has been pasteurized, cultured, drained from the curd, and is obtained by the removal of water only from the resulting serum by evaporation.

WPC 34 shall possess a sweet, pleasing, and desirable flavour with some cooked-flavour notes. It shall be free from scorched, oxidized, or other objectionable flavors and odors.  The product is Kosher.
