Milk Permeate Powder MPP350 is manufactured from fresh pasteurized skim milk using a low-heat membrane filtration process. This process of ultra-filtration and dia-filtration separates the carbohydrate and protein fractions along with the water soluble nutrients such as minerals and vitamins. Following filtration, milk permeate is concentrated, allowed to crystallize under controlled conditions, and dried to a free flowing powder.
