Yoghurt Texturizer Blend FJAU-4991 is a blended free flowing powder that improves and stabilizes the texture and creamy mouthfeel in set or stirred yoghurt. FJAU-4991 is used at 1.0 – 2.0% to produce high quality yoghurt with enhanced water binding properties.
