Flavorjen's Natural Dairy Flavours include a complete range of Enzyme Modified Cheese Flavours (EMC's) with unique flavour characteristic and formula functionality. The range includes every type of cheese available including Cheddar, Blue, Feta, Parmesan, Romano and Mozzarella. A range of Liploysed Dairy Flavours such as high strength cream and butter flavours that are created by selectively lipolysing butterfat with cultures and enzymes. A range of Cultured Dairy Flavours which are high strength, well balanced and have a flavour indicative of quality dairy products. These include flavours such as Cream Cheese and Sour Cream.
